"If you’re looking for craftsmanship, professionalism, and true attention to detail, look no further than JD Prime Roofing and Jose Diaz. I initially hired Jose to complete the steel roof on my 5,000 sq. ft. log home and the accompanying 3,000 sq. ft. detached garage. From day one, it was clear that Jose and his team operate at a high level. They are meticulous, highly professional, and deeply committed to delivering a work product that is not only structurally excellent but also visually beautiful and built to last. The garage/workshop roof turned out so stunning that I immediately asked Jose to take on additional projects. He installed finished tongue-and-groove under the soffits and added shingles to the façade of the garage/workshop, elevating the entire aesthetic. Jose has an exceptional eye for what looks good and thoughtfully considers every detail of what his clients want. He and his team are now completing a 2,700 sq. ft. wraparound deck for the main house, and once again, the quality is outstanding. Jose takes the time to make sure everything is done right and that I’m genuinely happy with the results. Although his business focuses on roofing, Jose is incredibly versatile and skilled across a range of construction projects. I fully plan to continue working with him on future improvements to my home. Beyond the quality of the work, Jose is simply great to work with—pleasant, respectful, humble, responsive, and with a great sense of humor. He has a true can-do attitude. There hasn’t been a single request I’ve made that he hasn’t been happy to accommodate, which is rare in the contractor world. His team works hard, moves quickly, and never sacrifices quality for speed. I’m a very particular client, and Jose is exactly what I look for in a contractor. If you want high-quality work at a reasonable price, you owe it to yourself to speak with Jose about what he can do for you."
